Hi.
We are from Peine Ridge Elementary and our librarian is helping us. We have read Kingdom Keepers by Ridley Pearson. It was based on Disney World. We learned a lot about Walt Disney making Disney World in the book. There was magic in the book with Disney characters coming to life at night. It was magic when the real kids slept because they then went into Disney World magically.
We recommend this book with 5 stars.

Hey.
We have read Diary of a Wimpy Kid. It was so funny and comic based. It was especially funny when Rowley ate the stinky cheese that was on the blacktop. We recommend this because these things would be funny to see in real life, but we probably never would.

Hi Lynn, thanks for giving such great reviews on the books you have read lately, I loved the Kingdom Keepers also and enjoyed Peter and the Starcatchers, that is a fun series too. I met Ridley Pearson and he is so nice and a great storyteller, it was very exciting to listen to his stories about his real life. You are so lucky to have such a wonderful librarian, Ms. Maestas is so nice and enthusiastic everytime I visit your lovely school. Keep up with the reviews and be sure to have your friends give us some of their faves also.

Hi again!
Our class is reading Deadly Drive. If you respond to this, please don’t tell the ending. It is about a girl named Casey whose mother was killed in a car accident. The person that killed her mother, we think, keeps sending her money each year in the mail. It is a lot of money. A new neighbor, Autumn, moves in. It is a good book that shows how difficult it is for her without her mother.
We, right now, give it 4 1/2 stars.
